How was "Chopped & Screwd" invented?!?

"Chopped & Screwed" was invented by DJ Screw in the early 1990's. Most people say it came about while Screw was sipping on syrup,but he was actually high on marijuana.It started in Houston, Texas. On November 16,2000 DJ Screw died from lethal combination of condeiene and alcohol. Chopped and screwed music is music that is slowed down at a slower tempo and sounds scratched up.
